Overview

CSGOSMS processes only the information needed to operate your account, accept payments, fulfil orders and provide support. Optional analytics, marketing and live chat services remain disabled until you consent to them.

Account and order data

Steam login provides your Steam ID, public username and avatar. You may also save an e-mail address and Steam Trade URL. We use these details to authenticate you, deliver purchased items, send order updates and provide support.

We never ask for or store your Steam password. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and consent

Necessary session storage supports login, cart contents, security and your saved cookie choice. It cannot be disabled through the banner because the website would not function correctly without it.

Your preferences are stored in your browser until you change or clear them. You can reopen the privacy centre at any time from the footer.

Optional third-party services

When allowed, GA4 receives website usage events, Meta and TikTok receive campaign measurement events, and Tawk.to loads the support chat. These providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards and privacy policies. Rejecting them does not prevent you from browsing, purchasing or using your account.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data associated with your account. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
