These terms explain how your CSGOSMS account, wallet, purchases and Steam delivery work.

You must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the purchasing features of CSGOSMS.
Wallet and payments
Supported payment providers add credit to your CSGOSMS wallet after they confirm payment. Availability, limits and processing times can differ by country and provider. Wallet credit is used to purchase products shown on CSGOSMS.
Products and pricing
Product names, condition, price and current stock are shown before checkout. A product is only reserved when the checkout flow confirms the order. Obvious technical pricing errors may be corrected before fulfilment and affected funds will remain in or be returned to your wallet.
Steam delivery
You must save a valid Steam Trade URL and keep your inventory able to receive a trade. Delivery can be delayed when Steam is unavailable, rate limited, your inventory is private, or your account cannot trade.
Orders, refunds and support
Order status is available in My Account. Refund and fulfilment decisions follow the published Refund and Order Policy and applicable consumer law. Contact support through the ticket system if an order needs review.
Fair use
Do not misuse the website, payment systems, support tools or other accounts. Automated abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse and attempts to interfere with the service may result in restrictions while an incident is investigated.
Service relationship
CSGOSMS is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Steam and its services are operated under Valve’s own terms and availability.
